The hotel was fairly clean and had very hospitable and five star staff upon check-out. The breakfast was enormous with several healthy options, the best omelette and pancakes, we were pleasantly surprised. The venue had a very central location to the Gaslamp district. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

I chose this hotel for a work convention and the award-winning conference center, featuring one of the largest ballrooms in San Diego, met all my business needs. The hotel's FedEx business center provided convenient services for printing and shipping, and the facilities, including restaurants, bars, parking. The rooftop pools and gym were a great way to unwind after meetings, and the 24-hour reception ensured any requirements were promptly addressed.
The one service I missed for my work was a more extensive selection of quick grab-and-go food options in between my conference sessions.

We appreciated staying here, it's nicely appointed and high-class hotel with very friendly staff from the doorman to the general manager. The room was nicely decorated and included a sofa set and a living room. The restaurant was very convenient and reasonably priced, for dinner.
The room had pretty average views.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the heart of San Diego, at a hotel with a magnificent lobby that truly set the tone for a delightful experience. The decoration and general areas exuded classic elegance, making it a joy for senior visitors like me to explore and relax. The accessibility for senior people was top-notch, with well-lit and safe surroundings that made my early morning strolls to the Gaslight section a delightful experience. The hotel's location also made it easy for me to explore the waterfront and nearby attractions without much hassle.
